Welcome to EnglishScript (“Site”) and resources (“Service” or “Resources”). This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Site or Service. Please carefully read and review the entire Agreement.

EnglishScript service and membership (the “Service” or the “Membership”) is operated by PSY XU STUDIO. (“us”, “we”). By accessing or using our website and Resources at www.englishscript.biz, or any other web address, site, or application, you (“User”) signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Agreement”), whether or not you are a registered member of EnglishScript.

PSY XU STUDIO owns all intellectual property in the website and software and permits you to use the Service only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at our sole discretion and at any time without further notice. If we do this, we will post the changes to these Terms of Use on this page and will indicate at the top of the page the date of the last revision. Your continued use of the Resources, Service or the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Service or the Site. It is your responsibility regularly to check the Site to determine if there have been changes to these Terms of Use and to review such changes.

2. Eligibility

Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. This Site and Service is intended solely for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. Registration by, use of or access to the Site or Service by anyone under 13 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By using the Service or the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Privacy

Your use of the Site or Service will be governed by EnglishScript Privacy Policy, which is posted immediately following these Terms of Use. By creating a user account you are indicating you accept the terms of this Agreement, you also are indicating that you understand and consent to the information collection, use, and disclosure practices described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Term

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use EnglishScript or are a Member. At its sole discretion, EnglishScript may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. You may terminate your Membership at any time from your My Page, or by contacting info [at] englishscript.biz.

5. Fees

You acknowledge that EnglishScript intends to charge a fee for some services and to change its fees from time to time in its sole discretion. If EnglishScript terminates your Membership, you will be entitled to a refund of the unused portion of your subscription fees. If you terminate your Membership or if EnglishScript terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees. In the unlikely event that EnglishScript is forced to discontinue its Membership service then you will be given reasonable notice (7-14 days) and you will be given a refund of that part of any fee which relates to the unexpired period of the relevant service.

6. Applicable Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws in connection with your access to and use of the Site or Service, and you must comply with such further limitations as may be stated in a written or online notice from PSY XU STUDIO. As a condition of your access to and use of the Site or Service, you agree that you will not use the Site or Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Agreement. Use of the Site is or Service for your personal or authorized commercial use, and PSY XU STUDIO, does not grant you any express or implied rights to access or use the Site or Service for any other purpose.

7. Registration

You may have to register to become a EnglishScript member. To register, you must fill in all mandatory fields with true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted in the registration form, and you must maintain and promptly update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. PSY XU STUDIO has the right to suspend or terminate your account and to refuse current or future use of its service if it suspects such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.

8. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and username you provided during the registration process and you are responsible for all activities that occur under that password or account. You agree to immediately notify EnglishScript of any unauthorized use of your password or username or other breach of security.

9. Copyrights

Unless otherwise expressly stated, copyright or similar rights in all material presented on EnglishScript service is owned by PSY XU STUDIO.

You are entitled to print or download extracts from these pages for your personal use only and you are not permitted to use such material in any commercial way.

Resources which you have saved to disk or to any other storage system or medium may be used for subsequent viewing purposes or to print extracts for sole use by you only and must not be made available to another person.

You may not (whether directly or indirectly including through the use of any program) create a database in an electronic or other form by downloading and storing all or any part of the pages from this website.

No part of this website may be reproduced or transmitted to or stored in any other website, nor may any of its pages or part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service.

10. Modifications & Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Services. 11. Governing Law

These Legal Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.​​
